Are you still able to deliver whilst everything is going on with COVID-19?

Yes, thghtful are open and are able to turn around fast deliveries! We also have Contactless deliveries available with our courier providers, our customers health and safety is our top priority.

How long will my order take?

We can turn around most bulk orders very quickly (in a matter of days) though we recommend getting your order in as early as possible so we can guarantee stock. We can not guarantee delivery time during the pandemic. We recommend ordering 5 days prior to a certain date. Express Delivery can range from 1 - 5 days depending on the location. All items are dispatched from the Melbourne Warehouse. 

How much does delivery cost?

Express post deliveries are at a flat rate of $12. Refrigerated deliveries are at a flat rate of $16.

Do I get a refund if my delivery is late? 

We dispatch in a timely manner from the warehouse whilst also following covid guidelines. Once the items are with the freight company it is out of our control so we do not provide refunds for the timing of the delivery. We provide refunds if an item is missing or damaged with proof. 


What if no one’s home to accept delivery?

Providing the gift hamper is safe to be left at the address our couriers will leave the hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen. If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, it will either be taken to a collection point or be returned to the depot and delivery will be attempted again, usually the following day. If the parcel remains undeliverable the couriers will contact the sender or receiver to organise a resolution. Delivery will be attempted 3 times and considered not received with no refund if can not be safely delivered. 

Where do you deliver?

Thghtful delivers Australia-wide.

How do you keep your hampers safe in transit?

We use a combination of tissue paper and package boxes and carefully place the goods inside the hamper.  In the rare case that your hamper arrives damaged, please contact our Thghtful team to organise a replacement.

How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?

We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards at the check out. 

Can I update my greeting card message?

Greeting cards can be updated prior to the item being dispatched from the warehouse. Best to contact hello@thghtful.com promptly to make any amendments. 

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Australia post delivers Tuesday - Fridays. Our nominated refrigerated courier deliver Monday - Saturdays. They currently do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

What courier service does Thghtful use?

At Thghtful we utilise Express Australia Post and Refrigerated Courier for premium courier service.

Do you offer tracking for your hampers?

For all orders placed through our website you will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched. For bulk orders which you have dealt with our thghtful team directly on simply contact us and we can provide you your tracking
