When can I expect my order?

Thghtful has collaborated with Australia Post which normally provides next-day delivery during weekdays. They do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

The * represents that Thghtful cannot provide a guarantee on delivery as some areas my be regional or Australia Post may not be able to deliver due to unforseen reasons. Thghtful takes no liability with delivery timeframes.

Estimated turnaround times

If ordered on Monday - Thursday prior to 3pm, you may expect next-day delivery. If ordered on Friday - Sunday, you may expect delivery by Tuesday.*

Thghtful takes no liability for delayed deliveries as these are only estimated from the couriers.

Are you still able to deliver whilst everything is going on with COVID-19?

Yes, Thghtful are open and are able to turn around fast deliveries! We also have contactless deliveries available with our courier providers. Our customers' health and safety is our top priority.

What courier service does Thghtful use?

At Thghtful, we use Australia Post Express for premium courier service.

How long will my order take?

We can turn around most bulk orders very quickly (in a matter of days) though we recommend getting your order in as early as possible so we can guarantee stock. We can not guarantee delivery time during the pandemic. We recommend ordering 4 days prior to a certain date.

AusPost Express delivery time can range from 1 - 4 business days depending on the location.

All items are dispatched from the Melbourne Warehouse. 

How much does delivery cost?

We ship via express delivery with a flat rate of $15.

Do I get a refund if my delivery is late? 

We dispatch in a timely manner from the warehouse whilst also following COVID guidelines. Once the items are with the freight company it is out of our control so we do not provide refunds for the timing of the delivery. We provide refunds if an item is missing or damaged with proof. 

What if no one’s home to accept delivery?

Delivery will be attempted 1 time only and requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is at home, it will be taken to the nearest Local Post Office for collection.

Please include the recipient's mobile number on the shipping details. If the parcel remains undeliverable the couriers will contact the sender or receiver to organise a resolution.

Where do you deliver?

Thghtful delivers Australia-wide.

How do you keep your hampers safe in transit?

We use a combination of tissue paper and package boxes and carefully place the goods inside the hamper. In the rare case that your hamper arrives damaged, please contact our Thghtful team to organise a replacement.

How will my recipients know who sent them the hamper?

We offer complimentary gift cards that go with all of our hampers. You can customise the message that is written in the cards at the check out. 

Can I update my greeting card message?

Greeting cards can be updated prior to the item being dispatched from the warehouse. Best to contact promptly to make any amendments. 

 Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Australia post delivers Tuesday - Fridays only excluding public holidays.

The Refrigerated Courier delivers from Mondays to Sundays excluding public holidays.

 Do you offer tracking for your hampers?

You will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received the dispatch notification email, please contact us so we can provide you with your tracking details.

For bulk orders which you have dealt with our Thghtful team directly on, simply contact us and we can provide your tracking details.

Can I nominate a day for delivery?

Unfortunately, our couriers do not allow specific dates for delivery.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

At the moment, we do not offer same-day delivery as our delivery partner does not allow it.

My order is a gift - how does this work? 

The receipt isn’t placed in the gift hamper. Please add the recipient's phone number to the shipping details before checking out.

What if I enter the incorrect address?

Please check your delivery address during the checkout process and before you submit your order.

  • If an address is incorrect and the order has not shipped yet, please email us at or call us at 0483 901 177 as soon as possible.
  • If an address is incorrect and the order has been shipped, we will try to contact the courier if it is still possible for them to change the address but we cannot guarantee this. In the event that the courier misrouted the order or lost it in transit due to the address change, we are unable to process a refund on the order.

Can you deliver to PO Box addresses? 

Yes, please ensure that all shipping details are correct.

What if there is a problem with my order? 

Please email us at as soon as possible if you have any issues with your delivery.
