Has my order gone through successfully?

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and an order number. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

If you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us so we can provide you with your order details.

I am unable to place an order on your website.

Please provide us with a screenshot of the error and send your order details to hello@thghtful.com and we will place the order for you.

Do you gift wrap the hampers?

We do not gift wrap the hampers but we place your gift into our nice hamper box. Here’s a video on how we pack the gift hampers.

Does the customise hamper include a complimentary gift card?

Yes, do not forget to click “Save” after typing in your gift message.

I ordered a customised hamper/create your own hamper, how do you pack my order?

I want to order gift hampers for different recipients but I am unable to process them all in one checkout.

Download our bulk order form here and contact us at hello@thhghtful.com and we will organise the gifts for you.

Can I pick up my order instead?

We do not offer Click & Collect at the moment.

I forgot to add a gift message to my order.

 Please send your gift message to hello@thghtful.com as soon as possible. We are able to add your gift message to the greeting card if your order was not yet processed for dispatch.

I forgot to add my discount code upon checkout.

Please contact us and provide us with your discount code so we can apply it to your order and issue a refund.

Can you please not put the invoice on the gift?

The gift you ordered will be sent without the invoice since we don't send them out with the orders.

I am outside Australia, can I send a gift to someone in Australia?

Yes, you most definitely can! You can directly place an order via our website or email us if you are having trouble placing your order.

What's the latest date I can place my order for a special occasion?

We recommend ordering 4-5 days prior to the preferred date. 

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Sure you can!

You can tick the gift, add a gift message but place a pseudo-name, mysterious nickname, or Anonymous on the "From" section or you could also opt out on a gift message and we will send it out as it is with only the recipient's details on the box.

We will still require your information, however, during this process. Not to worry, as these information are kept in our system and will not be placed on the order
