How long will my order take?

We can turn around most bulk orders very quickly though we recommend getting your order in as early as possible so we can guarantee stock.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery can cost anywhere from $6.50 dependant on the location, however our team has partnered with Australia Post express to provide the most efficient deliveries

What if no one’s home to accept delivery?

Providing the package is safe to be left at the address our couriers will leave the hamper in a spot where it won’t be damaged or stolen. If it is considered unsafe to leave at the address, it will either be taken to a collection point or be returned to the depot and delivery will be attempted again, usually the following day. If the parcel remains undeliverable the couriers will contact the sender or receiver to organise a resolution. Evidence will need to be shown if the items are stolen or not delivered as the tracking details will indicate the location and time of delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Unfortunately, we currently do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

What courier service do Thghtful use?

At Thghtful we utilise Express Australia Postage 

Do you offer tracking for your hampers?

For all order placed through our website you will receive an email with your tracking once your order has been dispatched. For bulk orders which you have dealt with our thgtful team directly on simply contact us and we can provide you your tracking

Temperature is at the risk of the client, if chocolate melts. They are sent via express postage to ensure minimal travel time.
